View scheduled e-Transfers®
View, edit, and delete scheduled e-Transfers under Pay & Transfer > View scheduled e-Transfers.
- Start by logging in to online banking
- Under the Pay & Transfer subhead Interac e-Transfer®, select View scheduled e-Transfers to be redirected to a scheduled e-transfers webpage
- If you have not scheduled any e-Transfers, you will see a notice that says, “No scheduled transactions for the selected criteria were found.”
- To schedule an e-Transfer, follow the instructions for Send an Interac e-Transfer®. During this process you will have the opportunity to choose future-dated or recurring when asked about the date and frequency of the new e-Transfer
If you have scheduled e-Transfers, you will see a list of upcoming e-Transfers with information including:
- Contact
- Next occurrence
- The amount of the e-Transfer
- Status
- From the scheduled e-Transfers online banking page, you can:
- Edit an existing scheduled e-Transfer by clicking on the pen icon
- Delete a scheduled e-Transfer by clicking on the garbage can icon
- View the details of a scheduled e-Transfer by clicking on the arrow
- The scheduled e-Transfer details pop-up window will include some of the following details.
- Contact name
- Amount of transfer
- Transfer type (immediate, future-dated or recurring)
- Transfer date
- Transfer frequency
- Next occurrence the e-Transfer is scheduled to be made
- Start and end date (for recurring transfers)
- Confirmation number
From the Schedule e-Transfer details page, you can also choose to print, email or export the information to PDF.
- Return to the online banking homepage by clicking the Alterna Savings logo in the top left-hand corner.
- Login into the Alterna Bank mobile app
- Select Pay & Transfer in the bottom navigation
- Select Interac e-Transfer®
- Select View scheduled e-Transfers
- If you have not scheduled any transfers, you will see a notice that says, “There are no scheduled e-Transfers.”
- To create a scheduled e-Transfer,follow the instructions for Send an Interac e-Transfer® and choose future-dated or recurring to schedule the e-Transfer frequency. To schedule an e-Transfer, follow the instructions for Send an Interac e-Transfer®. During this process, you will have the opportunity to choose future dates or recurring dates when asked about the date and frequency of the new e-Transfer.

During this process, you will have the opportunity to choose future dates or recurring dates when asked about the date and frequency of the new e-Transfer.
- From the scheduled e-Transfers screen, select the stacked dots next to any transfer to:
- Edit e-Transfer
- Cancel an e-Transfer
- View the e-Transfer details
- When editing the details of a scheduled e-transfer be sure to select continue to confirm and finalize your changes once you are finished.
- To cancel an e-Transfer, review the scheduled e-transfer details and select Continue to cancel and complete the process.
- To view e-Transfer details, select a scheduled transfer from the list or through the stacked dot options to see:
- Contact name
- Amount of e-transfer
- Transfer type (immediate, future-dated or recurring)
- Transfer date
- Transfer frequency
- Next occurrence the e-Transfer is scheduled to be made
- Start and end date (for recurring transfers)
- Confirmation number
- From this page you can choose to share the e-Transfer details by PDF, email, or using other apps on your device.
