View scheduled transfers
View, edit, and delete scheduled transfers under Pay & Transfer > View Scheduled Transfers.
- Start by logging in to online banking.
- Under the Pay & Transfer subhead Transfer, select View Scheduled Transfers to be redirected to a Scheduled transfers webpage.
- If you have not scheduled any transfers, you will see only the accounts from which transfers can be made and a notice that says, “No scheduled transfers were found for this account.”
- To create a scheduled transfer, follow the instructions for Transfer Funds and choose future-dated or recurring to schedule the transfer frequency.
- If you have scheduled transfers, you will see a list of transfer information including:
- Recipient account,
- Next occurrence,
- The payment Creation date,
- The payment End date,
- The Amount of the payment.
- From the Scheduled payments online banking page, you can:
- Edit existing scheduled transfer by clicking on the pen icon.
- Delete a scheduled transfer by clicking on the garbage can icon.
- View the schedule details by clicking on the arrow.
- Edit existing scheduled transfer by clicking on the pen icon.
- The Schedule details pop-up window varies depending on schedule payment type (Future-dated or recurring). The details may include:
- Source account
- Amount
- Transfer type (Future-dated or Recurring)
- Recipient account
- Transfer on
From the Schedule details page, you can also choose to print, email or export the information to PDF.
- Return to the Online Banking Homepage by clicking the Alterna Bank Logo in the top left-hand corner.
- Login in to the Alterna Bank mobile app.
- Select Pay & Transfer in the bottom navigation.
- Select Transfer.
- Select View Scheduled Transfers
- If you have not scheduled any transfers, you will see only the accounts from which transfers can be made and a notice that says, “No scheduled transfers were found for this account.”

- Select an account, please note, only accounts from which payments can be made will appear.
- From the Scheduled transfers screen, select the stacked dots next to any transfer to:
- Edit
- Cancel transfer
- View the transfer details
- To Edit, revise the scheduled transfer details, scroll, and select Continue to confirm and finalize your change.
- To Cancel transfer, review the scheduled transfer details and select Continue to cancel and complete the process.
- To view Transfer details, select a scheduled transfer from the list or through the stacked dot options to see:
- Source account,
- Amount,
- Transfer type,
- Recipient account,
- Next occurrence,
- Transfer frequency,
- The payment Creation date,
- The payment End date.
- From this page you can choose to share the transfer details by PDF, email, or through apps on your device.
