Add a profile picture

Personalize your digital banking experience by adding a profile photo.

  1. Log in to online banking.

  2. In the top navigation bar, select Profile & Preferences followed by Profile picture in the drop-down.

  3. Click on the camera icon on the Profile picture digital banking webpage. Here you can personalize your account by adding a profile picture from a file saved on your computer

  4. Return to the Online Banking Homepage by clicking the Alterna Bank Logo in the top left-hand corner.
  1. Log in to mobile banking.

  2. Select More at the bottom of the screen.

  3. Choose Personalize the app.

  4. Choose Personalize image. Here you can select:
    1. Camera to take, retake, and use a photo.
    2. Upload to upload, edit, and use a photo from your mobile device. Select Done to complete selection.
    3. Reset to delete the profile picture.

  5. To exit, choose More at the bottom of the screen or the back arrow in the top left-hand corner.
